TechIOSH Upgrade

A little professional magic arrived on Friday… ✨

IOSH officially approved my upgrade to TechIOSH, recognising the years I’ve poured into Health & Safety since 2017, from advising, to management, and completing my NEBOSH General Certificate in 2021.

I’d never joined IOSH before now (life, work, forgetting… the usual), but a few weeks ago I finally signed up as an Affiliate Member and sent in my application, hoping my experience would speak for itself and I would be upgraded straight away.

And it did.

The board reviewed my training and nearly a decade of hands‑on H&S work and upgraded me immediately.

It feels grounding and affirming to have that recognition. I’m looking forward to updating my Blueprint, tracking my CPD properly, and continuing to grow in the work I love.

I don’t often say I’m proud, but this one has me glowing… even though that may sound silly.

I don't have my certificate through the post yet, but I look forward to it arriving and adding it to my file of work achievements that mean a lot to me.
